Florent Lamy is our Président. he is the Founder & CEO of Elevate Management | Producer | Expert in transatlantic American talent strategy ( Paris • London • New York)

After starting his career as a press agent for American films distributed in France by MetropoltianFilmexport for 10 years, Florent Lamy founded Elevate Management in 2013/2014 with the clear goal of bringing the American agency model to Europe.

His first client? Oscar-winning American director James Foley. The agency quickly grew to represent American talent—actors, athletes, content creators, and influencers—in the European market, with prestigious names such as Jeff Goldblum, Megan Fox, Elsa Pataky, Holt McCallany, Djimon Hounsou, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Ben Feldman, and many others.

In 2016, Florent was named one of Screen International’s “Future Leaders: Agents,” an international recognition of his influence and potential in talent management. In 2019, Variety named Elevate Management, for the first time in its history, a French agency in its prestigious list of talent management agencies to watch, normally dedicated to American agencies.

Today, Elevate is a fully integrated agency with offices in Paris, London, New York, and Miami (2024), offering financial packaging, strategic casting, brand partnerships, and image and press management services through a dedicated division.
Florent and his agency Elevate Management have become key partners for the most prestigious American and British agencies, such as CAA, Artist Partnership, Range Media, and Untitled Entertainment, helping them position their clients in Europe.

He is also the founder of Imagineers Studio, which focuses on creating a universe of innovative European superheroes—a strategic narrative project that is part of modern and symbolic storytelling.

Florent lamy will be join by

Christine Mazereau, director of RECA ( Réseau des écoles de Cinéma d’animation – network of Animated movies school ). She has 30 years of experience in the audiovisual and media sector, with particular expertise in European funding and co-productions. Currently serving as Director of RECA since 2015, she previously held the position of Information Manager for the European MEDIA program for 15 years. Her diverse background also includes experience in journalism, television production, and professional training.

Joan Bohan, (Former Walt Disney Company), Christophe Fustini (screenwriter) Fabien Houssaye ( Actor) and …( Jury Junior ) complete the jury 2025.

They will be responsible for selecting the winners of the festival’s various awards, including Best movie, Best Animated Movie, Best Music, Best VFX, Best Screenplay, Jury Prize and Prix Junior and our new Prize SDG Prize.
