Come and meet Bruno Simões, one of the directors selected for the 13th Edition of the Festival du film Merveilleux et Imaginaire.
Bruno Simões is a Barcelona based animator and filmmaker. He has directed several independent short films such as Sugar Girl or The Doctor’s Wife, as well as commissioned animated films for clients such as the United Nations, Ad Council, Polaroid, Lego, Nutella, Ted Ed or Southeastern Guide Dogs, which have been screened and awarded at prestigious animated festivals around the world.

Synopsis: Inspired by an unproven myth, Kafka’s Doll is an animated short film that blends factual research, fiction, fantasy and myth into a single heart-warming story about loss.
