Director Biography – Daria Garonika

Director, actress, producer. Graduated from RATI-GITIS (V.B. Garkalin’s Workshop, Specialization in Theatre and Film Actress). During her studies, she simultaneously worked on diploma performances and entered the film set as a short-film producer, one of which was “Splendore” (dir. Denis Vilenkin), included in the Kinotavr Short Film Competition and recommended for the Golden Eagle Award. Made her directorial debut with the movie “Natashina Mechta,” which won viewers’ love across Russia and received an international award for best sound.
