Meet Stephane Berla

Born in 1975 in Lyon (France)

Stephane Berla has developed very early a sense of graphic experimentation by mixing animation with live action, which allowed him to make his first films independently. After studying cinema at ESRA, Stephane began his career as a graphic designer and artistic director while continuing to make his short films, which led him to direct his first commercials and music videos. His films have been selected and rewarded in many international festivals.

Synopsis:We follow the growth of two characters, a red boy symbolizing masculinity and reality, and a blue girl embodying the feminine ideal and dreams. Each builds their own identity and cultivates their differences, only to meet again in adulthood to create a common work and merge their colors into a new one.
